While recruiting new staff for one of his Agile firms, Femi—the brain behind All Agile Jobs—was frustrated by the lack of a single platform he could use to find the best Agile professionals to work with. Having worked with our founder, Churchill Nanje, in the past who has a track record of building one of the largest recruitment services in Africa, Femi reached out to him for assistance.

AfroVisioN Group’s 16+ years of experience in building world-class software and web solutions and expertise in Agile product development meant that Femi could have a working product within the shortest time possible. As an Agile-focused agency, our development team started collecting and organizing the requirements in the product backlog.

We leveraged the Laravel PHP framework for a responsive and mobile-first experience and used modern frameworks like MySQL to build a dynamic website that allows job seekers to create job seeker profiles, upload their resumes, and easily apply for jobs. Employers, on the other hand, could also create company accounts, post open positions, and manage applications from job seekers. We used our expertise in the frontend JavaScript framework, Vue.js, to build an intuitive and simple user interface and after five months of development, we came up with allagilejobs.com.

Since then, the platform has enabled All Agile Jobs to serve more than 30 employers and placed 100+ Agile job seekers in jobs at top organizations. It does this by providing aggregated and indexed vacancies on its online platform, which users can search through and filter according to their interests and skills. Users are also able to upload their resumes to the platform and receive email and SMS alerts when suitable vacancies are available.
